Shipping:
While we try our best to ship your orders within 24-48 hrs of receiving it, there
could be circumstances when we are unable to do so. In such an event you will be
informed of an estimated shipping date. For urgent overnight orders that need to
go out the same day, the order needs to be placed before 2:30 pm EST. All orders
are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on that. In
such a case we will contact you and get further instructions.
Certain items like Liftchairs, lifts, beds, scooters, mattresses etc. cannot be
shipped via Next Business Day / 2nd Business Day due to sheer weight, availability
and customizations involved.
Return Policy:
Items are returnable for a partial refund of the item price (minus 15 % restocking
fee and shipping charges), as long as they meet the following criteria:
1. Returned within 7 days of the receipt.
2. Items must be in their original packaging and must be unused.
3. All custom orders are non-returnable.
4. All items of a Hygienic Nature are non-returnable.
5. All returns must be authorized by
HealthProductsforyou.com.
6. Lift chairs, Scooters, Healthcare beds and other bulky items can ONLY be returned
with prior authorization. When a return is authorized, a 20% restocking fee and
two way shipping charges will be charged to the customer.
