Holiday Shipping Schedule
Thanksgiving
We will be closed on Thanksgiving Day - November 24, 2011.
All ground shipment orders received after 2.30 pm Wednesday November 23rd will ship
on November 25th or November 28th based on the shipping carriers. Next day and Second
Day orders will go out on November 25th.
Christmas
In observance of Christmas we will be closed on the day after Christmas – December
26, 2011.
All orders received after 2.30 pm Friday December 23rd will ship on December 27.
New Year
We will be open on the day after New Year’s, but no orders will ship as UPS and
FedEx are both closed on Jan 2, 2011 .
All orders received after 2.30 pm Friday December 30th will ship on Jan 3rd.
Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 hrs of receipt. We endeavor to ship all
orders placed before 2.30 PM EST on the same business day. Orders that qualify for
free shipping will be shipped via ground carriers (FedEx / UPS / DHL / USPS Priority)
and usually take 3-5 business days to arrive.
If you are placing a Next Business day / 2nd Business day order, please be advised
that these orders will go out on the same business day if placed before 2.30 PM
EST otherwise they will ship on the next business day. Saturday and Sunday are not
considered business days.
All orders are subject to availability and the shipment could be delayed based on
that. In such a case we will contact you.
