Premium Mattress Construction/Selection
Premium, no-flip quilted mattress features 1-1/2" Ultra Quilt topping with 1-1/2" Visco foam, 3/4" high density foam, posture center, edge guards and a soft Ivory ticking

White Glove Delivery Service Includes:
- Inside delivery of all Golden Products
- The product will be set-up in the room of choice as long as this room is no more than one floor up or one floor down from the main entrance. (If the delivery requires more than one floor, then
additional charges may apply.)
- Complete set-up of product
- Product will be visually inspected for damages or defects
- Product will be tested to make sure it is in proper working condition
- Questions pertaining to the operation of the product will be directed to Golden Technologies
- The consumer will be advised to read the owner’s manual for a better understanding of the
product
- All packing material and boxes will be removed from the consumer’s home
White Glove Delivery DOES NOT Include:
- The dismantling of product to fit through hallway or stairs. Most Golden products will fit through
most homes with no problems. Since products do not come fully assembled, they are easily carried inside in separate pieces. It is not the responsibility of the delivering agent to take the product apart any further, just so it will fit. Dimensions on all our products are provided and it is the consumer’s responsibility to measure these traffic areas to make sure they fit
- Moving of any existing furniture. Liability issues, prevent the moving of any existing furniture. It is important the consumer has prepared the area for the product to be set-up in before the delivering agent(s) arrive. For items requiring electricity, a working outlet must be present and available. If the delivering agent has to reschedule due to the area not being prepared additional charges will apply
- Removal/Disposal of any existing furniture. Unless otherwise noted, the delivering agents will not remove/dispose of any existing furniture due to liability issues. If your consumer needs this done, the delivering agent can be contracted to do so at an additional fee. This must be noted at the time of the order only!
- In depth training on how to use the product. Our products are easy to use and maintain. Each unit comes with an owner’s manual, which goes into more detail. Learning how to assemble or disassemble any product is the responsibility of the consumer
- Installing Headboard or Footboard - All dealers using White Glove delivery for our adjustable beds must make their customers aware the set-up does not include installing the headboard or footboard. On the surface, this may seem an unnecessary inconvenience. Please realize some people have antique headboards and footboards. Attaching a headboard and/or a footboard typically requires the need to drill holes, which may cause damage to the item. The freight carriers do not want the liability of ruining an antique or family heirloom to fall on their shoulders. Explaining this customers upfront will helpto alleviate most debate afterward
